  1. How do I place an order?

  Add the items you like to your cart, go to Checkout, enter your delivery details and choose a payment method to confirm your order.

  2. Which payment methods do you accept?

  You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order?

  Pending orders can be cancelled from My Account, Orders. For changes, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

• Shipping & Tracking

  1. How long does delivery take?

  Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and usually arrive within 3-5 working days.

  2. How can I track my order?

  Use the Track Order page with your order number and billing email, or check My Account, Orders.

• Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy?

  You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags.

  2. How long do refunds take?

  Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.

  1. I forgot my password. What can I do?

  Click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page and follow the link we email you to set a new one.

  2. Do I need an account to order?

  An account makes checkout faster and lets you track orders, but you can also check out as a guest if that is enabled.
